QUALITY ASSURANCE / QUALITY CONTROL (QA/QC)
We have full-fledged QA/QC Engineers. Before the actual start of production our QA/QC department prepares quality Assurance plan and the same is got approved by clients. Welding is the main focus of steel fabricatioan. We have highly skilled welders qualified uder SMAW, GTAW, GMAW & SAW for both carbon steel as well as stainless steel.
Welding process used are SMAW, GTAW, GMAW, SAW both inCarbon Steel and Stainless Steel. All these weldments are done under the guidance of a certified welding inspector. During fabrication and erection our Q/C engineers carry our stage wise inspection as per quality assurance plan and the same is documented.
Where inspection / witnessing is required by clients/third party our QC department raises request for inspetctors (RFI) well in advance and the same is arranged accordingly.

Our site engineers keep check on the activities including schedule as well as quality of job. they are well trained to manage the sites.
PIPING
We also have specialized in fabrication and erection of piping both at shop floor as well as site. Piping includes all equipments and items related to piping such as valves, flow meters, pressure guages, temperature indicators etc.
The items mentioned herein are indicative and not exhaustive. We have no limitations to size of pipes, Itmay start from smallest to any big size including useful as well as echaust gas ducts, both with flanged ends as well as butt welded ends.

We also have skills to carry out fabrication and erection of pressure vessels with various diameters, heights, wall thickenss, types of dished ends and internal pressures. The matgerial used i sboth carbon steel as well as stainless steel both in various grades.
